How to gain access/obtain password to the system?

No password yet? There are two ways to get it:

• Collect your password at a Medicover Centre reception desk – you just need to bring a photo ID with you. Aren’t you eighteen yet? Your legal guardian may collect the password for your profile.
• Collect your password via your bank. Go to mol.medicover.co.uk and click “Collect password”. Check the list of banks via which you can collect your password. Select your bank and follow on-screen instructions. Please note that this section of the website is available only in Polish.

How can I change my password during my first logging to the full version of the system?

The first time you log in using the password received at Medicover Centre’s reception you will be prompted to change your password. We recommend that you set a strong password, i.e. one that consists of letters, digits and other characters.

Your new password should be 8 characters long and contain the following:

• both upper and lower case letters;
• at least 1 number;
• at least 1 special character.

I’ve forgotten my Medicover OnLine password. What to do?

In order to obtain a new password to Medicover OnLine, use the password reminder option available on the login page and follow the instructions below:

• click “Forgot your password?”,
• enter the data required for the password reminder to be sent (the card number and the e mail address stored in the Medicover database),
• open the system e-mail and accept the process of creating a new password by clicking the link.

I have entered the wrong password and the account has been blocked. What to do?

After entering the wrong password three times, the Medicover OnLine is blocked. Wait 15 minutes and try logging in again.

Is it possible to set the password by phone?

We will not provide you with your password by phone due to safety reasons.
