Not all pages have been translated to English yet. Some features are available only in Polish like Health in App.

How can I change my personal information in Medicover OnLine?

Contact details can be updated in the full version of the Medicover OnLine.

Once you have logged in, hover the cursor over your name in the top right-hand corner and then “My details”. Do not forget to click “Save” after making changes.

All data that are changed will be automatically saved in the system.

Where can I check the working hours of Medicover doctors?

To check the working hours of doctors, log in to Medicover OnLine and then:

• select “Appointments and consultations” from the menu and then “Doctor’s schedules”;
• after applying the relevant filters and clicking “Search”, you will see the doctor’s schedules.

In this module, you can check the working hours of Medicover Centre doctors, but not the appointments that can be booked.

Can I check Medicover service pricelist at Medicover OnLine?

Information on the prices of services available in Medicover Centres can be obtained by contacting the Customer Call Centre at +48 500 900 500. We do not show our pricelist in Medicover OnLine.
